Ribs are always popular when you have a barbecue. Most times they are cooked up with some barbecue sauce on them and that’s about it.
This recipe kicks it up a little and gives the ribs a sweet flavor that’s hard to beat. It takes a little time getting this all together but them sure are worth it in the end.

First you will need to make the dry rub (yields 2 cups).
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup paprika
1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard powder
Mix all ingredients together. more
