My favorite time of year has arrived.
Thanksgiving and Christmas are two of the eat holidays around here.
So I thought I would start out with a simple recipe for Acorn Squash.
This Stuffed Acorn Squash recipe uses carrots, pineapple and raisins
as the primary stuffing ingredients.
This is real good but it’s also something to get you thinking.
You can stuff the squash with anything that you like.
As long as it tastes good and you like it.
Enjoy!

2 acorn squash
2 carrots, grated
crushed pineapple 2 tbsp.
dried white raisins
1/4 tsp. ginger

Instructions:
Cut squash in half; scoop out seeds. Place in baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into squash cavities.
Bake at 350degrees F. for 30 minutes or until squash is tender.
